A Peer-to-Peer PMP (Project Management Professional) Knowledge Sharing Workshop was held at InfoTech Hong Kong on 16 October 2021. A recently PMP certified contract staff elaborated his understanding of PMP and how to put it in practice for actual IT projects. Other InfoTech contract staff also shared challenges and experiences encountered in managing IT projects.
